The on-chain balances DefiLlama attributes to each centralised exchange, totalled in US dollars. These are the wallet addresses DefiLlama attributes to the exchange, valued at current prices. They are the asset side of a balance sheet and only that: DefiLlama's data carries no liabilities figure, so a large figure is evidence of holdings, not of solvency. The table lists every exchange whose attributed reserves cleared $100M when it was first included; an exchange that later dips below that line stays, so the set does not churn. Columns show the current total, the change over seven and thirty days, and how many chains the holdings span. Each row opens a page with the reserves by chain, the largest holdings by token, and its history. Nothing here ranks exchanges on anything but the size of the figure.
